From the Proverbs of Solomon
“He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love,
But he who repeats or gossips about a matter separates intimate friends.” Proverbs 17:9 AMP
The first thing people often do when they are offended is to complain to others about it. That’s why this is one of Satan’s favorite tricks, and he often uses it in the church. But when we love instead, that’s spiritual warfare!

Amen, Cindy. Thatβs exactly the example that Jesus gave for us to follow. We love him because he first loved us. Hallelujah!

This is sadly true in modern churches and needs to be called out, especially preached on too. God bless you today, Cindy, my friend and sister in Christ π

Being offended by what someone does or says is natural. But it’s our flesh, not the spiritual man. Once we realize that love is spiritual warfare, perhaps it will be easier to tame the flesh! God bless you today, Alan, my friend and brother! π

You’re welcome, sweet friend. This virus, coupled with the bone marrow recovery, has been a bit tougher than anticipated. One appt canceled today only to go tomorrow to the cancer center for them to check my blood, give my bone infusion, and my monthly injection. It seems to be going around. With my immune so low, it doesn’t surprise me. Yet, God supplies and I’m listening, discerning, obeying.
I trust Him and leave it all in His hands and I’ll do my part. I know you do too, Cindy. I miss being here every day. Thank YOU for your love and patience with me! We love you and Henry!ππ»πΎπ«Άπ»β€οΈ

Karla, Thank you for having patience with me! My son got married Saturday and I’ve had a lot of family in town, (some staying with me). So I’m way behind.
I’m sorry you’ve had a hard time lately. I pray for you every night. Henry and I send our love! πππΎ

Aww, Cindy! Congratulations!! I’m so happy to hear this good news. You never have to apologize–I understand completely! What a glorious time! I pray the weather and ceremony were equally beautiful.
I gained two daughters-in-love when my sons married–it’s such a blessing!
I feel your prayers, dear friend. They work! I had 3 infusions on Friday. Spent yesterday with my parents and had sweet visitors today. I can tell the bone infusion impacts me more today–but I’m blessed and happy to be here. I’ll go back to my parents tomorrow!
I love you and Henry. Do not feel the need to respond–you need rest and recuperation! Know how loved you are, sweet friend. I’m praying always! π₯°π«Άπ»ππ»πΎπ
