Reflecting on God’s Creation

1-minute devotion for 10/26/25

“When I consider your heavens,
    the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?” Psalm 8:3-4

Facts you may not know:

  1. Every star you see in the night sky is bigger and brighter than our sun! (according to NASA)
  2. Astronomers estimate that the universe could contain up to one septillion stars – that’s a one followed by 24 zeros.

How great is our God!

In His Love, Cindy

All Scripture is from the NIV unless stated otherwise.

  1. Amazing is the Lord, I think about these things when looking at how my Husky dog’s fur is bulking up for the winter, she also eats more now that it is getting colder, He created her beautiful blue eyes. He is the Lord of all creation.

  2. Wow, what an AMAZING God! We are silly people to think we’re at the center of His universe. Yet He still cares for us as His tiny, wandering sheep…through our littlest of problems. Your statistics put everything in perspective…thanks for sharing!

    1. It’s pretty amazing! By the way, I apologize for seeing your messages late and replying late. For some reason they don’t show up in the same place as other messages. Thank you for sending your comments!
      God bless you Nancy! 🙏
