Amazing. Recently when I began to pray through Psalm 23, I couldn’t get past the first five words: ‘The Lord is my Shepherd.’ For the remainder of the day, I pondered exactly what those five words mean. The Lord — the Creator of all the universe — is — my — Shepherd? Wow wow wow!
This quote sums it up very well. ‘God has infinite attention to spare for each one of us. You are as much alone with him as if you were the only being he had ever created.’ Amen!
