  1. Thank you for this! I have been sick for a little over a week. Coughing, feeling very weak, had a fever and a headache for a couple of days at the start of this. Now I have laryngitis, can barely whisper. Although I am fully vaccinated, I was possibly exposed to covid a couple of weeks ago, so my doctor ordered a covid test last Thursday. I called the clinic yesterday and they still haven’t gotten my test result back.

Three hours from now, I will have a virtual appointment with my doctor and her nurse, meaning they are going to call me. For the past couple of days I have wondered if I might be dying, because of how weak I feel. I’m not afraid of dying, but I don’t want to leave my husband and my other loved ones yet. Also, I am still trying to finish my memoir.

But God knows the number of the hairs in my thick head of hair! And he watches over the dozens of birds that sing and fly around the trees in our yard and our neighbors’ yards. God knows what is making me so sick. And He knows how to heal me, too.

Thank You, Lord. You are an awesome God!

    1. Sweet Linda, I am so glad these verses spoke encouragement to you today. I am praying for you. I prayed for you last night and just now. I am so sorry that you are feeling so sick. I hope your doctors get you feeling better soon. God is with you and watching over you. He knows you are trusting in Him. Love, Cindy

      1. My doctor told me that I have covid-19. I’m not surprised, I told her this is different from any other illness that I have had. But I know God’s got me and nothing can happen to His child outside of His will, so long as I keep my trust in Him.
