Exploring the Reliability of the Gospels

Jesus said to His disciples, “All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:25-26 NIV

the Advocate: Gr Paracletos, one called alongside to help.

Jesus promised the Holy Spirit would guide the apostles in remembering His teachings, promising both divine inspiration and historical accuracy. This is evidence that the Gospels are authentic and reliable.

Historical Consequences of Cursing Israel

Commentary: The unparalleled blessing of God on the United States is due in part to her longstanding commitment to Israel. History is litered with nations – ancient and modern – that have suffered, declined, or disappeared altogether after failing to bless the Jews (including the Canaanites, Philistines, Amalekites, Edomites, Assyria, Babylon, Greece under Alexander the Great, the Roman Empire, Spain following the Spanish Inquisition, many modern Arab nations, the former Soviet Union, and Nazi Germany. Trust in God for Perfect Peace

Understanding Ezekiel’s Prophecy of the Good Shepherd

This prophecy began to be fulfilled when Jesus was born in Bethlehem. As the Good Shepherd, Jesus ministered to the crowds, who were like wandering sheep without a shepherd. Jesus not only cares for the sheep, He laid down His life for them. (Jeremiah Study Bible Notes)
