1-minute read for Sunday, 5/18/25
“I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you.” Isaiah 46:4 NLT
We had some bad storms last night along with several tornado warnings. When I looked outside this morning this is what I saw.

At about 8am, a man I had never seen before walked by. Henry kept barking and barking, so I looked out the front door. Everything was back on the porch! Maybe he was an angel. I don’t know. But one thing I know. God takes care of me. I am always amazed and thankful for His loving care, even for “little” things like this.
Please pray for the people of Kentucky, Missouri, and Indiana who have lost their homes. And pray for those who have lost loved ones in these storms.
No matter what you may be facing today, God will take care of you.
In His Love, Cindy

Good morning! I will continue to pray for those affected by the tornadoes.
My mother is in assisted living in Carbondale,IL. There was a tornado in the county next to her…Marion,IL area. Been praying for those folks too. Been a violent spring weather wise. God will be glorified through it all. He is our comfort and peace and I know He is surrounding those who have suffered loss. Thanks for sharing your story. We may find out in Heaven that we truly did have angels with us here in earth😊

So glad to hear you are OK after the storm and what a blessing someone came by to help you. We had some around us that suffered damage to trees but nothing else.
May God continue to protect you and keep you.
