“My people, hear my teaching …
things we have heard and known
things our ancestors have told us.
We will not hide them from their descendants;
we will tell the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord,
his power, and the wonders he has done. …
to teach their children,
so the next generation would know them,
even the children yet to be born,
and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God
and would not forget his deeds
but would keep his commands.” Psalm 78:1-7 NIV Read full chapter
Comment: This principle is as true today as it was long ago. It is our responsibility as parents to teach our children about Jesus Christ, our Savior and our Lord.

The reason we ended up home schooling our children was that the public school was undermining everything we taught at home about creation, salvation, etc. Praise the Lord we had that option, but now our state is trying to take that away from parents. Praying Lord Jesus wake parents up, expose lies and reveal truth, in Jesus Name.
