With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:
“He is good;
his love toward Israel endures forever.” Ezra 3:11 NIV (emphasis mine)
Forever: continuous existence, perpetual, everlasting, indefinite or unending future, eternity (Strong’s)
My thoughts: God loves Israel. Shouldn’t we?
Pray for Israel
In His Love, Cindy

Thank you for reminding all of us to pray for Israel today…it’s so easy to let it slide when the war drags on and the news wearies us. Let’s join hands today to pray that God will end this conflict swiftly with the defeat of terrorism. If anyone is interested, here’s a prayer guide I compiled last fall, for Israel and the Ukraine: https://lightbournecreative.com/2023/10/16/the-privileged-life-13-ways-to-pray-for-israel-and-ukraine/

Larry is a great guy and encourager for sharing the Gospel! I’ve read his “Jewish Roots of Christianity…good survey for those who are interested in seeing how the Old Testament is God’s preparation for the New in Christ. Happy Easter!

This year, I decided to focus on memorizing a verse from each book of the Bible. This was my verse for Ezra so it was a delight to find you have posted it as Monday’s verse. Have you read Amir Tsarfati’s (of Behold Israel) book title “Israel and the Church?”

No, I haven’t read it, but I will order it! I have pre-ordered his new book, Discovering Daniel. His fiction series is really good, too! I love how you picked that verse to memorize and the Lord led me to post it! Have a wonderful day, Beth! Blessings! 🤗
