Dear Reader, men may forget us and let us down in life. The royal cupbearer to Pharaoh forgot Joseph’s kindness to him, and did not keep his promise (Genesis 40:14,23). Even worse than that is that men forget the blessings of God in their lives, and drift away from Him as Israel did on countless occasions (Judges 3:7, Jeremiah 3:21). Sadly, today we are no different than the ancient Israelites; we often drift away into the pleasures of this world as a boat drifts on a current. “But God,” our Anchor is still in the business of saving souls – as He remembered Noah He remembers you today.

That’s so wonderful, Cindy! I’ve always wanted to visit Scotland. I’m praying that I’ll have more time to read in my future. My time here has been so “hit and miss” due to my health situations, life,…you understand well! Finding new encouragement is a win. Finn and I feel the love and it means so much! I’ll be missing for a few days. A sweet uncle met Jesus a couple of days ago. My sons will both be here (first time the 3 of us will be together, just us, in 7 years—they are both in the Air Force and with their families, we are split at times). I’ve been fighting some flu symptoms and side effects with treatment so my precious brother-in-law took me to a new primary care place this morning. Although I don’t feel very well, I still praise God, Cindy. It’s through this space of pain my faith has grown stronger and sweeter. I know you understand this, too! God bless you! I’m so happy I connected with you this side of heaven!

I am glad we are friends, too! I wish I lived close by. I’m sorry to hear about your uncle, but happy to know he is with the Lord. Do you like poetry? I have a blogger-friend that is a gifted poet that I think you would really like. His blog is called Poetic Perspectives.

I am praying for you, Karla.

Cindy your timing is excellent, or is it really His timing, or both? Today has been a tough day due to getting to grips with Revelation for Bible study, let’s just say my head is a bit foggy now. Your post and sharing/commending my post has lifted me, encouraging me for sure…thank you!
God bless you today dear sister 🙏
