Alan, Yes, God is always by our side. What comfort that brings! I am very proud of my daughter who serves the Lord with her whole heart even though she battles physical pain daily from a back injury. God bless you today, Brother!

I love this passage, although I remember it as “Why so downcast, O my soul?” (And modern psychology thinks it invented self-talk. 😏😉)
