Speak Up For Our Children’s Safety, Part 2 of The Trans Agenda

I have been researching the transgender movement and what I have learned has been so heavy on my heart that I could barely stand to read one more article. I searched for another topic to write about all week, but I can’t seem to do it. So now it’s down to the wire (Friday afternoon) and I find I must write about what is burning in my heart.

Just this week, a friend confided in me that her 7-year-old grandson was asked by someone what his pronouns were. He didn’t know what the person was talking about. My friend was visibly upset about it.

If you haven’t been personally affected in some way, you may be ignoring this growing evil agenda. My advice is to take action before it affects you personally.

Does the Bible teach us to remain silent and mind our own business when evil raises its ugly head? No! It says we must “Speak up!”

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,
    for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly;
    defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31:8-9

I ran across an excellent blog post by Laura at Enough Light Blog. Laura is a Christian blogger who has written a series of blogs on the trans movement. She linked to an article that I highly recommend you read. I Thought I Was Saving Trans Kids. Now I’m Blowing the Whistle. It was written by Jamie Reed, a self-described queer woman married to a transman. Jamie describes herself as “left of Bernie Sanders”. You can rest assured there is no right-wing bias here. In fact, Jamie is putting herself in danger by blowing the whistle on this so called “care”.

I am going to share portions of Jamie’s article, but please read it for yourself. I warn you. You will be left shocked, outraged, and very troubled.

Jamie worked for four years as a case manager at The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

I left the clinic in November of last year because I could no longer participate in what was happening there. By the time I departed, I was certain that the way the American medical system is treating these patients is the opposite of the promise we make to “do no harm.” Instead, we are permanently harming the vulnerable patients in our care…what is happening to scores of children is … morally and medically appalling.

Jamie provides first-hand knowledge of some of the disastrous effects that hormone therapy has had on children. Some are so horrific I’ve decided not to write about them here, but you can read about them in Jamie’s article.

Our enemy, Satan, is crafty. He works in a stealthy manner. He comes as an “angel of light”. He deceives the whole world.

Suicide in the Trans Community: Forty-one percent of the transgender persons in the United States attempt for suicide at least once in their life.[8] In San Francisco, the prevalence of attempted suicide among transgender persons is 32%, among young age (<25 years) it is 50%. This is my call to action: Become knowledgeable about this evil agenda. Much of what is actually going on is not revealed to the public. If you haven’t noticed, people are easily led astray to believe lies. Don’t be one of them. Don’t hide your head in the sand. Do your own research. Find out the policies at your child’s school. Pray for vulnerable children who are being brainwashed by this insanity.

Ignoring this travesty is no different than ignoring any child cruelty. The only difference is that this one is being sold as a caring action, as in gender-affirming “care“.

  2. Thanks for taking the time to research and communicate all this. I will defer to you trudging through all the sordid details. Where there is a mountain of money to be made, there will always be folks pushing their agenda.

  3. Thank you, Cindy. I read the article by Jamie Reed. What is happening is just horrible. The world has truly gone mad under Satan’s influence and we cannot be quiet. What disturbs and saddens me so much are the number of professing believers who cave to this culture. I recently addressed this on FB after seeing a post by a young woman and mother whom I used to teach in Sunday School. She was celebrating pride, and it broke my heart. We are truly in a spiritual war.

    1. It is truly spiritual war. Satan is very crafty. He tricks people into believing his lies in various ways. Many young people have been completely brain-washed by these lies by calling people who stand for Biblical truth homophobes or transphobic. They don’t want to be one of “those” people. They want to be a accepting, caring, and loving. They have no idea that they have been captured by Satan to do his will. They are surely blind.

  5. Thank you sharing this Cindy. We are indeed not meant to hide our head in the sand. The quote you share of what evil needs is the good men not doing anything is so very true. It is spiritual warfare and it feels scary and horrible with all that is going on but it is a reminder to buckle down in prayer and doing what we can.

  6. Thankyou for sharing that article Cindy. It’s child abuse of the very worst kind.
    Social contagion is very real and even at the Christian college where I used to work in student wellbeing, there were increasing cases of teenage girls who believed that becoming a boy would solve all their problems. 😥

  7. Jamie Reed is extraordinarily brave for blowing the whistle on the practices of the transgender center where she worked. I applaud her integrity as a conscientious employee who saw what was happening and didn’t drink the Kool-Aid or follow the unsubstantiated science. The statement “follow the science” has lost all credibility. Thank you, Cindy, for sharing Jamie’s testimony.

    1. Indeed. ‘Follow the science’ never had any real credibility as a phrase because the following are just a few anagrams of the phrase:

      ie enc wolf clothes
      fleeciest con howl
      clown foe tech lies

      It is a phrase to conceal the wolf in sheep’s clothing, hiding lies. I will follow Jesus and the word of God which is hidden away in such phrases to guide us.

    1. God loves you. This is so true. He has given us the Bible to guide us and to show us how to live. I do not hate trans people. But I want to protect children from being taught things that are not true. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life.
