“For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12 KJV (emphasis mine)
When I don’t understand something in the Bible, this verse reassures me. After all, God’s thoughts and actions are beyond human comprehension. We should trust in His wisdom, even when we don’t understand it. God said,
“As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:9 NIV
