This verse was introduced to me at college from a devotional given to me.

When I sing “Be Still, My Soul” (usually with my harp), I sing a bridge I have added right before the last verse –
“Be still, my soul. Be still, my soul,
Be still, my soul, and know that He is God.”
Sometimes I sing it it again and again, until it sinks in. 😉
