“I cried out, “I am slipping!”
but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me.
When doubts filled my mind,
your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer.” Psalm 94:18-19 NLT

“I cried out, “I am slipping!”

When I think of the “belt of truth,” I picture several different belts. I think my favorite is the mountain climber’s belt, attaching him/her to the One at the top. So, when I slip, I don’t backslide to Square One. When I stumble, I don’t fall to my death. Jesus just picks me up where I am, and I can go on. He “makes my feet like hind’s feet and sets me on the high places.” 😉
